BelCel is Byelorussian NMT-standard mobile phone service provider. BelCel is owner of cardphone network. Cardphones are installed mainly at refueling stations, airport, motels, etc. Cardphone uses magnetic debit cards, manufactured in the Great Britain. Currently, new cards are not issued and old cards reprints is stooped too.
There was booklet issued for commemorative set of BelCel payphone cards (see below)
